With limited resources, nonprofits often seek outside assistance to help them resolve problems. HandsOn NWNC is committed to building positive partnerships with well-qualified consultants and vendors in our region so that, together, we can strengthen nonprofits in northwestern North Carolina. In an effort to provide nonprofits with a list of reputable consultants/vendors, HandsOn NWNC is requesting those interested in being listed on our website to meet the following criteria: A minimum of three years nonprofit experience (as staff or board member, volunteer, consultant, or vendor working with nonprofits). A minimum of two years recent experience in a nonprofit consulting/vendor capacity. Demonstrated skill in stated area(s) of practice. Become a Consulting/Vendor Partner with HandsOn NWNC for $50 per year. This fee includes your listing on our website for one year and a onetime notation of your information in our monthly e-newsletter which is sent to more than 600 nonprofit representatives in our six county region (Forsyth, Davidson, Davie, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin Counties.) The fee is the same amount that a nonprofit pays annually to become a Supporting Partner. Meeting these criteria will not only help ensure that consultants and vendors listed on our website are committed to and have experience working with nonprofits, but that our listing aligns with best practices used by other nonprofit referral services. Become a Consulting/Vendor Partner. Once you have submitted your information, you can pay either by mailing in a check or paying online using Paypal. On the next page, we will provide our address where you may mail in a check. Please note in the memo that the payment is for a Consulting/Vendor Partner. There will also be a button that will take you to PayPal where you can submit the payment online.
